How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking number and shipping notification. If you do not receive a tracking number please emal firstname.lastname@example.org.
What are your delivery options?
I ship most items USPS first class. This includes tracking, but does NOT include insurance. It is the buyer's responsibility to request insurance for an additional charge.
If you order more than one item it will usually ship USPS Priority Mail. Priority mail packages include insurance for $50; however, it is the buyer's responsibility to request additional insurance more than $50.
Seller is not responsible for lost, damaged, or late packages.
Items that are ready to ship typically ship within 48 hours on business days only. If you need an item for a specific date, be sure to contact me before purchasing.
Custom orders take 4-6 weeks for completion,
Do you provide International delivery?
I do not typically ship internationally, but message me to see if we can work something out.
What is your returns policy?
ALL sales are final!
What payment types are acceppted?
I accept PAYPAL only. PAYPAL payments not received within 24 hours will be cancelled.
What are the care instructions on items?
Items should be hand washed or washed on the delicate cycle. Pull clothes from the washing machine promptly and lay flat to dry. Items can be ironed, but take care on any special embellishment or trim.
Each item in the shop is made by me, from cutting the fabric to sewing the final embellishments. I take great care and time constructing each item for the special little girl in your life.
Due to the custom nature of the items in my shop, returns are not accepted. Most items are one of a kind so exchanging a size is not possible. Meausurements of items are always in the listing and it is the responsiblity of the buyer to check those measurements to insure fit.
